Joanne B. Faycurry, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Tax and Litigation Groups, will participate in a forum presentation titled "Mock Trial & Appellate Argument – This Could Apply to You!" during the 2013 Michigan Tax Conference. During this interactive session, attendees will witness a mock trial related to a cloud computing controversy and then help decide the outcome. Afterward, presenters will offer appellate arguments of the case.
