Representatives from ArentFox Schiff’s AI, Metaverse & Blockchain industry group and Complex Litigation and Government Relations practices will participate in the Technology Councils of North America’s (TECNA) DC fly-in on April 9-10, 2024.

AI, Metaverse & Blockchain Industry Group Co-Leader Dan Jasnow and Senior Government Relations Director Oliver Spurgeon will discuss AI policy and regulation on a panel titled “AI Policy in Motion: Navigating AI in a Rapidly Evolving Landscape,” with themes including intellectual property, privacy, and the workforce.

Complex Litigation Partner Mike Dearington will provide insight into pending US Supreme Court cases, especially Chevron Deference, on a panel titled “Balancing Congressional Authority, Agency Regulation, and Judicial Review in Tech Policy.”

Former Congressman Phil English will provide introductions and opening remarks about the current political landscape, particularly with regard to technology policy.
