Danielle Bulger will speak at the ASU Law McCarthy Institute and UCLA Institute for Technology, Law & Policy Second Annual Copyright Symposium on March 8, 2024.
This year’s program, titled “Transform: A New Horizon for Copyright,” will bring together leading copyright scholars, practitioners, and industry leaders to dissect and explore some of the most pressing issues in copyright law today. Danielle and her co-panelists will discuss recent developments, cases, and issues with respect to authorship and artificial intelligence, including those concerning ownership, infringement, and fair use. The one-day symposium will also address copyright issues with respect to community authors and cultural property.
