  • Foreclosed distressed real estate worth over $100 million in aggregate, including shopping centers, hotels, condominiums, and restaurants.

  • Prosecuted and defended commercial evictions.

  • Represented developers, homeowners associations, and individual owners in disputes involving easements, property damage, and sales.

Bankruptcy

  • Defended institutional investor in $700 million fraudulent transfer litigation arising from restructuring of healthcare business.

  • Defended individual investor in $35 million fraudulent transfer litigation arising from failure of cryptocurrency lender. 

  • Represented insurer in diocesan bankruptcies throughout the US seeking to resolve abuse claims.

Professional Activities

Jin maintains a diverse pro bono practice. He has represented individuals in divorce, child custody, immigration, and Social Security matters. He has also partnered with the American Civil Liberties Union in bringing lawsuits against state actors for violating the First Amendment and state law.
