Carly assists on a range of transactional matters, including those in the corporate and intellectual property practice areas. She has experience assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, general contract drafting, and various copyright and trademark issues.

In her former role as a legal intern for the Brooklyn Nets and Barclay Center, Carly performed research and analysis on contractual matters regarding arena sponsorships, advised on unionized labor dispute arbitration proceedings, and provided guidance on ownership rights in unit transfer transaction for limited liability corporations within the organization.
