Ermelinda Villagomez represents financial institutions, institutional investors, corporations, and other entities in a variety of financing matters, including private placements, acquisition financings, mezzanine financings, and senior secured and unsecured financings.

Ermelinda immerses herself in each deal, gaining an understanding of the financing structure, borrower, and industry considerations and her client’s goals. She then works hand-in-hand with her client, colleagues, and other counsel toward a smooth, efficient closing.
