Anthony brings a creative, problem-solving approach to his practice, which includes work in the antitrust, environmental, product liability, and white collar defense and government investigation practice areas. He has drafted reply arguments on appeal as well as motions to dismiss, remove to federal court, exclude expert witnesses, and limit the scope of witness testimony. In the discovery phase of litigation, Anthony has assisted with depositions, reviewed documents for production, and assessed claims of attorney-client privilege.

Anthony is also committed to pro bono legal work and has represented underserved clients in matters ranging from immigration to family law.

Anthony previously worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development where he conducted party interviews and drafted final investigative reports for claims brought under Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act.
