Annie has worked on matters spanning the Finance, Intellectual Property, Corporate, and Real Estate Practice Groups. She has experience in financing transactions, drafting memorandums, and copyright and trademark enforcement and management.

Annie E. Mose is a member of the Finance Group. Her practice spans mezzanine financings, senior and unsecured financings, private placements and other structured financings.

Before joining ArentFox Schiff, Annie interned at the Office of the Vice President & General Counsel of Indiana University where she assisted on matters within the areas of labor and employment, Title IX, litigation and dispute resolution, IP transactions, and university regulations.

Pro Bono Activities

Annie worked with Indiana University Maurer School of Law’s Center for Law, Society and Culture on a Title IX Restorative Justice Project. She is a volunteer attorney with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and the Illinois Prison Project. She also volunteers with the Logan Square Mutual Aid.
