Tyler E. Margolis is a member of the Finance Group where his practice focuses on a variety of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, mezzanine financings, senior and unsecured financings, private placements, and other structured financings.

Before joining Schiff Hardin, Tyler was an associate in the Corporate Group of a New York City law firm. Tyler represented non-bank financial institutions, institutional investors, and corporations in structuring and negotiating a broad range of finance and corporate matters, including asset-based loans, securitizations, institutional investments in FinTech platforms, and private middle-market mergers and acquisitions.
