Anna is a trusts and estates attorney with a focus on taxation.  She enjoys transforming complex estate planning and tax issues into manageable concepts to enable clients to make informed decisions that best meet their wishes and values.

Prior to joining Schiff Hardin, Anna advised clients on the tax implications of acquisitions and restructurings in domestic and cross-border transactions, which helps her understand the issues clients face when they hold business interests.
