Donald J. Kreger concentrates his practice in the area of public law, including real estate acquisition and related litigation, public finance, complex litigation and representation of various local governmental entities.

His public law practice has included representation of cities, villages, park districts and other government instrumentalities.

He has extensive experience in public finance as well as litigation in land use, eminent domain and other areas whereby municipalities and state government agencies acquire real estate. He also has experience in all aspects of governmental litigation.
