Matthew is a member of the Litigation Group and handles a variety of matters, with a particular focus on white collar criminal matters as well as civil securities disputes. He has represented clients in investigations conducted by the U.S. Attorney’s Offices for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in matters pertaining to public corruption, campaign finance, the Foreign Corrupt Practices act, tax fraud, and securities fraud. He also handles complex securities arbitration, including second-chairing a securities arbitration which resulted in a complete victory for his client.
