G. Michael Bellinger is a seasoned litigator with nearly 30 years of experience representing major corporations, institutions, and individuals in high-profile prosecutions alleging wire and mail fraud, health care fraud, and securities fraud. He has also successfully defended some of the nation’s most recognizable brands and companies in employment law allegations relating to race, age, gender, origin, and disability discrimination. Most recently, he represented the mayor’s office of a major U.S. city in connection with a state investigation.

Michael’s practice focuses on the areas of white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, FCPA investigations, complex commercial litigation, securities law litigation, and employment law litigation.
