Join ArentFox Schiff attorneys Amy Antoniolli and Ryan Granholm as they review the latest developments in two key  issues for wind and solar projects in Illinois: siting and state renewable energy credit (REC) procurements on January 18, 2024.

The webinar will review recent trends in renewable energy siting in the year since P.A. 102-1123 significantly revised counties’ authority over renewable energy development.  It will also cover revisions adopted in the trailer bill, P.A. 103-0580, and give an overview of new rules for procurement of renewable energy credits (RECs) by the Illinois Power Agency, including new equity requirements under the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA).
