Schiff Hardin LLP acted as counsel to the placement agent in connection with Senmiao Technology Limited’s registered direct offering of approximately $6.5 million of its common stock. Senmiao is a financing and servicing company focused on the online ride-hailing industry in China, as well as an operator of its own online ride-hailing platform. Senmiao intends to use the net proceeds from the offering from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
FT Global Capital, Inc. acted as the exclusive placement agent for the offering, which closed on May 13, 2021.
