Rosen Quoted on AGMCC Tax-Exempt Status

Marcy Rosen was quoted on the Architectural Glass and Metal Certification Council (AGMCC), which is the governing council for both the North American Certification Council and the Architectural Glass and Metal Technician Program and received exempt status from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).
Marcy, who served as the organization’s tax counsel, said that this “501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is a reflection and recognition of the organization’s foundational principles and mission to benefit the public.”
