Gender Diversity Subcommittee Chair Mandy MacVey was quoted on how the firm’s Ramp-Up/Ramp-Down policy supports new parents by acknowledging the reality of transitioning in and out of parental leave.
"The benefit of that is it takes away some of the stress or feeling like you're not doing what you should be doing," Mandy said. "Psychologically and emotionally, you feel like you're meeting expectations.”
