Schiff Hardin is pleased to announce that three attorneys have been selected for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2019 leadership programs.
Partner Melody Cross will join the 2019 LCLD Fellows Program, which connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel and managing partners. This LCLD flagship initiative was created to advance the next generation of legal leaders committed to fostering diversity within their individual institutions and the profession at large.
Helen Ji and Ahmed Riaz have been selected as 2019 LCLD Pathfinders. The Pathfinders Program is designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.
