News Release |

Sarah A. W. Fitts has been elected to the Board of Directors for the Regional Plan Association (RPA), an urban research and advocacy organization working to improve the New York metropolitan region’s economic health, environmental sustainability, and quality of life. Sarah is one of several prominent area business leaders RPA has recently added to its board, bringing together a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise to make the region a more sustainable, healthy, and equitable place to live.

“For decades, RPA has built a legacy of helping tri-state area leaders analyze challenges, implement solutions, and thrive in the face of seemingly intractable problems,” Sarah said. “I have spent much of my career working on real-world projects related to energy and infrastructure, and am excited to contribute to RPA’s continuing legacy and the development of its future vision.”

Sarah represents both U.S. and global clients on energy and infrastructure industry matters. In addition to her corporate practice, Sarah has long been committed to board leadership and public service. She is a member of the Women’s Infrastructure Network, New York Chapter Steering Committee and is a former board member of Scenic Hudson, Inc. and Scenic Hudson Land Trust where she contributed to an ongoing internal study on impact investing.
