Schiff Hardin Snags IP, Pharma Pro from Winston & Strawn

Partner John Hsu was named in various publications upon joining the firm’s Intellectual Property team in the Washington, D.C. office. Hsu brings extensive experience in pharmaceutical litigation and has a background in inorganic chemistry. He has represented clients in all phases of litigation, including both jury and bench trials. Hsu told Law360 that Schiff Hardin is putting its best foot forward, and they really want to develop the practice area, which is in line with his own goals.
