Schiff Hardin LLP's Henry W. Sledz Jr. Named to Labor Relations Institute's "Top 100 Labor Attorneys in the U.S."

Henry ("Hank") W. Sledz Jr., a partner in Schiff Hardin's Labor and Employment Group in the firm's Chicago office, has been named to the Labor Relations Institute, Inc.'s (LRI) "Top One Hundred Labor and Employment Attorneys in the U.S." for 2009.

LRI's criteria for this ranking requires that each selected attorney: (1) Must have represented clients in a substantial volume of representation elections during the last ten years (based on Notices of Appearance filed with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) as determined by LRI); and (2) Must have maintained a win rate in excess of 55% (based on NLRB certified election results).
