Legal Ethics and the Study of Behavioral Ethics

Jason Foster, one of Schiff Hardin’s professional responsibility counsel, will serve as a guest lecturer at his alma mater, the University of Wisconsin Law School. Jason will discuss special ethical considerations impacting lawyers in their professional roles, as well as explore several nuanced issues regarding conflicts of interest and client consent. In addition, Jason will address behavioral economics, and behavioral ethics in the context of the legal profession, and share relevant insights to legal ethics and the law governing lawyers.
