Diversity in the Legal Profession

Sailesh Patel, Intellectual Property Practice Group co-leader and chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee, will join a discussion about the various challenges that women and minorities encounter when pursuing a legal career. The conversation will specifically address challenges for diversity and inclusion in law firms in countries around the world, as well as offer insight to creating positive and impactful change within in the industry.
