Schiff Hardin partner Jeremy S. Baker will present "Green Risks and Rewards: Managing Legal Issues on Sustainable Projects" during the second annual BUILDINGChicago/Greening the Heartland Expo and Conference.

Mr. Baker, a member of the firm's Construction Group, emphasizes dispute avoidance and cost-efficient resolution of claims. He represents property owners, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, design-builders, construction managers, material suppliers and lenders in all aspects of design and construction, from contract negotiation through dispute resolution.

BUILDINGChicago/Greening the Heartland is a major conference and trade expo serving architects, engineers, contractors, property owners, real estate developers, government officials and community organizations in the Midwest. The three-day event provides education sessions, workshops and keynotes, with all sessions offering AIA and GBCI credits.
