      Schiff Hardin partner Bruce Wagman was part of the legal team that succeeded in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, establishing that certain standards needed to be set regarding the access of photographers and reporters wanting to observe wild horse roundups undertaken by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. Mr. Wagman comments on the case's expansion of wild horse law and the application of First Amendment precedent to the case at hand, in which a photographer was denied access to a government horse round up.
