With respect to the FMLA, we have worked with employers in establishing FMLA compliance programs, counseled employers regarding specific FMLA issues, provided training regarding the FMLA to management, and provided representation in litigation of FMLA claims.

In the whistleblower area (including, but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley claims), we provide counsel to employers concerning their legal obligations with respect to complaints made by employees and have successfully litigated matters on behalf of employers with respect to whistleblower claims, including Sarbanes-Oxley claims.
