Whiting Clean Energy owns a 535 megawatt natural gas-fired, combined cycle co-generation power plant located in Whiting, Indiana at the site of BP Product North America Inc.'s oil refinery. This transaction closed on June 30, 2008 for a total purchase price of approximately $210 million.
