Summary:

When Newell Rubbermaid Inc. needed to consolidate its corporate headquarters from three locations to one, it called on the real estate attorneys of Schiff Hardin LLP.

The build-to-suit lease agreement that we negotiated for our longtime client was called by the Fulton County Daily Report "one of the most significant... in the Atlanta real estate market in recent memory."  It included 355,000 square feet in a brand-new 15-story building in a prime location just north of the city.
