This transaction was an extremely complex recapitalization of privately-owned Roadtrek in partnership with Roadtrek's owner and senior management team. Roadtrek, based in Kitchener, Ontario, designs and manufactures Class B motor homes for sale in the United States, Canada and Japan.
The transaction allows Industrial Opportunity Partners to bring to bear its capital and substantial operational experience for the benefit of Roadtrek. Roadtrek will continue to grow its business and further enhance its reputation with its dealers and consumers.
