Caroline Ballantine is a partner with Heidrick & Struggles, where she is a founding and senior member of the Global Financial Services, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel practice groups. In addition to her work in asset management and banking, Ms. Ballantine has helped establish several of the firm's leading function and industry practices, and served as the Partner-in-Charge of the Wealth Management Practice. Earlier in her career, she was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intellectual Property Network, Ltd. in Chicago; Vice President of Corporate Banking for The Northern Trust Company in Chicago; and Vice President of Commercial Banking for the Agribusiness Group of The First National Bank of Chicago. Ms. Ballantine has been recognized by Crain's Chicago Business as one of the "100 Most Influential Women in Chicago," and the Academy of Women Achievers of the YWCA of the City of New York has inducted her as a member.
Nancy Roberts Linder is the Principal of Nancy Roberts Linder Consulting in LaGrange, Illinois, a marketing consulting practice focusing primarily on law firms. Nancy has 20 years of experience working with lawyers and other service industry professionals, which includes serving as the first marketing director for Hinshaw & Culbertson. Nancy served on the board of the Legal Marketing Association Chicago Chapter for eleven years, twice as the chapter's president. In conjunction with LMA/Chicago, Nancy teaches a marketing course for law students, which has been taught at Chicago-Kent College of Law for eight years and is a program that she developed. In 2003, Chicago-Kent College of Law bestowed Nancy with a Professional Achievement Award for the innovative curriculum she created.
Nancy has published more than 100 articles and speaks on a variety of law firm marketing topics. She writes a monthly column on client development issues for Intellectual Property Today which is read by patent lawyers nationwide, and has written articles for the ABA Young Lawyer, Chicago Lawyer and ALA Advantage on law marketing topics.
   

Mary Lee Montague serves as Executive Vice President for DHR International, a global executive search firm headquartered here in Chicago. For over eleven years, Ms. Montague has conducted executive searches. As a search generalist she handles a wide variety of clients including the NBA, Wrigley, Clear Channel Communications, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. She serves on the board of directors for the largest Girl Scout council in the United States, and is Chairman of the newest Girl Scout initiative, CAMP CEO. She belongs to the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and has been an active member of the Economic Club of Chicago for over 17 years, where she currently serves on the Membership Committee.

Ms. Montague has guest lectured on multiple occasions at Northwestern University, DePaul University and the Kellogg School of Management. Prior to her career in executive search, Ms. Montague spent 15 years with PBS, including a role as Vice President, National Sales and Marketing at WTTW.
