Schiff Hardin LLP Welcomes Robert H. Rickner as an Associate in the Litigation Group in the New York Office

Robert H. Rickner has joined Schiff Hardin LLP as an associate in the Litigation Group from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, LLP where he was a contract attorney.

Mr. Rickner focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. He has experience with securities litigation relating to options pricing, and he has led a team of attorneys through a review of document production to the SEC. 

Mr. Rickner also has experience identifying and asserting allegations for damages, and determining the measurement dates for various option grants.

He is a graduate of the University of Vermont (B.A., 2000), Hofstra University School of Law (J.D., 2005) and New York University School of Law (LL.M., 2006).
