Schiff Hardin LLP's John D. Dadakis Will Speak at Merrill Lynch's Roles Reversed: The Impact of Aging on Two Generations Forum

John D. Dadakis, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Private Clients, Trusts and Estates Group in the New York office, will speak at Merrill Lynch's Roles Reversed: The Impact of Aging on Two Generations forum. Mr. Dadakis' session is "Care Planning: Financial and Legal Considerations," and he will also participate in a panel discussion. The program is scheduled for November 6, 2007 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City.

Mr. Dadakis is a member of the Board of Directors of the Merrill Lynch Trust Company FSB and a member of the Merrill Lynch Attorney Advisory Board.

Mr. Dadakis concentrates in representing high-net worth individuals. He acts as "Personal General Counsel" for numerous Fortune 500 executives and successful private business entrepreneurs. His practice focuses on asset protection, tax minimization, and wealth transference, and he has developed individual client mission statement programs to help his clients manage and achieve these goals. Mr. Dadakis also works with financial advisers and financial institutions to devise and implement wealth preservation strategies.
