Schiff Hardin LLP Welcomes Brian D. Henri as a Partner in the Litigation Group of the San Francisco Office

Brian D. Henri has joined Schiff Hardin LLP as a partner in the Litigation Group. Mr. Henri's practice focuses on complex commercial and employment litigation. Mr. Henri has particular experience in defending class action claims for unfair competition, false advertising, and violation of California's Consumer Legal Remedies Act. In addition, he has defended traditional and Internet retailers in actions ranging from consumer fraud to wage and hour class actions.

Prior to joining Schiff Hardin, Mr. Henri was in-house counsel for Fry's Electronics, Inc. — a multi-billion dollar electronics retailer — where he successfully defended the company in numerous separate class or representative actions. Mr. Henri has also successfully litigated numerous employment matters through both trial and arbitration — including four arbitrations in the last two years. Mr. Henri has represented clients in appellate matters in both state and federal court.

Mr. Henri is a graduate of California State University, Chico (B.S., 1995) and Pepperdine University School of Law (J.D., 1998).
