Schiff Hardin LLP's Jonathan P. Friedland will speak at the Chicago Bar Association Young Lawyer Section Bankruptcy Committee Seminar

Jonathan Friedland, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group, will be a speaker at the Chicago Bar Association Young Lawyer Section Bankruptcy Committee Seminar on October 30, 2007.  The seminar topic is, "The Basics of Financing a Chapter 11 Debtor."  More information regarding the Chicago Bar Association Young Lawyer Section can be found at http://www.chicagobar.org/.

Mr. Friedland is a frequent speaker at such industry events.  His current representations include serving as lead counsel to the debtor in Hydraulic Technologies, Inc. (Case No. 07-61947-rk in Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division), currently pending in Ohio; lead counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors of Milspering Inc (Case No. 007-00706-JM11 in Bankruptcy Court for Southern District of California), currently pending in San Diego; and lead counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors in Capital Engineering (Case No. 06 B 09747 in Bankruptcy Court for Northern District of Illinois), currently pending in Chicago.
