Schiff Hardin LLP Welcomes Julie Busch as an Associate in the Litigation Group of the New York Office

Julie Busch has joined Schiff Hardin LLP as an associate in the Litigation Group from Jones Day (Paris, France) where she was an associate.

Ms. Busch focuses her practice in general commercial litigation. She has experience in jurisdictional and substantive matters, including issues arising from breach of contract, bank guarantees, and most favorable and equitable treatment under bilateral international treaties.

Ms. Busch is experienced in international commercial arbitrations, including arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and also with ad hoc arbitrations.

Ms. Busch has participated in the publication of legal commentaries in Journal du Droit International. She is fluent in French.

Ms. Busch is a graduate of the University Robert Schuman (M.A., 2001; J.D., 2000), the University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas (Postgraduate Diploma, 2002), and Columbia University Law School (LL.M., 2007).
