Schiff Hardin LLP's Kevin C. Knohl Elected to the American College of Investment Counsel

Kevin C. Knohl, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Finance Group, has been elected to the American College of Investment Counsel. The principal mission of the college is to study, and to educate its members with respect to, legal issues related to significant institutional investment financings.
Mr. Knohl regularly represents financial institutions and institutional investors (including funds) in a wide variety of financing matters including: senior secured and unsecured financings, private placements, syndicated credit facility financings, mezzanine financings, subordinated debt financings (including term loan B financings), cross-border financings and leveraged lease, synthetic lease and other structured financings. He has also represented corporations in financing matters, including the representation of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and the lessee and lessee guarantor in a leveraged lease financing of an information delivery system.
