Schiff Hardin LLP Welcomes Don M. Tellock as a Partner in the Litigation and White Collar Crime and Corporate Compliance Groups in the New York Office

Don M. Tellock has joined Schiff Hardin LLP as a partner in the Litigation and White Collar Crime and Corporate Compliance Groups from Arent Fox LLP in New York where he was partner.

Mr. Tellock represents corporations and individuals in complex federal and state court litigation, as well as government and internal investigations, administrative proceedings, and arbitrations.  He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and corporate compliance, and counsels clients on privacy, consumer class action litigation, data protection/information security, and advertising issues.

He is a graduate of Yale Law School (J.D., 1994) and Xavier University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1991).
