Jeffrey S. Jacobovitz, a partner in Schiff Hardin's Litigation, White Collar Crime and Corporate Compliance, and Antitrust and Trade Regulation groups, was re-appointed Vice Chair of the Criminal Practice and Procedure Committee of the Antitrust Section of the ABA.

Jeffrey S. Jacobovitz heads our firm's Washington, D.C. litigation practices and concentrates his practice in antitrust, white collar criminal defense, and civil litigation. This includes more than 35 criminal and civil jury trials as first chair. Mr. Jacobovitz has also conducted negotiations for various high-profile professionals in law and the media.

His antitrust clients include corporations, trade associations, health care organizations, and individuals. His extensive criminal defense experience ranges from white collar prosecutions involving antitrust, money laundering, fraud, perjury, forfeiture, gratuities, independent counsel investigations and tax evasion charges to major Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and conspiracy indictments.
