Schiff Hardin LLP Welcomes William A. Snedeker as Of Counsel in the Corporate and Securities Group of the New York Office

William A. Snedeker has joined Schiff Hardin LLP as of counsel in the Corporate and Securities Group from Andrews Kurth LLP in New York where he was counsel.

Mr. Snedeker concentrates his practice in corporate and securities law and focuses on the representation of private equity funds and real estate financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance matters.

He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 1983) and Amherst College (B.A., American History, 1979).
