Schiff Hardin LLP Welcomes Amy Cohen Heller as Counsel in the Intellectual Property Group of the Chicago Office

Amy Cohen Heller has joined Schiff Hardin LLP as counsel in the Intellectual Property Group from JohnsonDiversey, Inc. in Wisconsin where she served as senior trademark counsel.

Ms. Heller focuses her practice on global trademark portfolio management and enforcement in consumer and business-to-business markets.

Prior to joining Schiff Hardin, Ms. Heller served as senior counsel and senior trademark counsel to manufacturing and consumer product companies, where she managed trademark portfolios and handled enforcement issues.

She is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.A., 1974) and the John Marshall Law School (Chicago) (J.D., 1983).
