Schiff Hardin LLP Represents Chicago Fashion Incubator

Firm Partner Stacie R. Hartman Appointed to Organization’s Board of Directors

Schiff Hardin is pleased to represent Chicago Fashion Incubator (CFI), a new organization that has been created to provide emerging Chicago-based designers resources to develop their careers in fashion. CFI has just been launched as part of the City of Chicago's initiative to support the fashion community with programming to nurture, support, and retain fashion entrepreneurs.

Schiff Hardin has provided advice to CFI in the areas of corporate, insurance, and intellectual property law, from formation of the entity to helping structure its relationship with a main sponsor, Macy's, and with the designers chosen to be in the program.

Representation of CFI is part of the ongoing work in the fashion industry by lawyers in Schiff Hardin's Fashion and Luxury Goods practice. Stacie R. Hartman, a partner in this practice, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for CFI.
