Schiff Hardin LLP Welcomes Natalie Servidio as an Associate in the Real Estate Group of the New York Office

Natalie Servidio has joined Schiff Hardin LLP as an associate in the Real Estate Group from Thacher Proffitt and Wood, LLP where she was an associate.

Ms. Servidio concentrates her practice in general real estate transactions. She has experience representing leading lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions, drafting mortgage documentation, and conducting all due diligence necessary to facilitate closings, including title, survey, and zoning report review and the review of corporate documents in connection with borrowing entities. She is also experienced in negotiating and drafting commercial leasing agreements.

Ms. Servidio also has experience acting as securitization counsel to leading investment banks and producing large loan write-ups and exceptions to general representations and warranties.

She is a graduate of Barnard College (B.A., summa cum laude, American Studies, 2002) and Fordham University School of Law (J.D., 2006).
