The Uniform Commercial Code gives suppliers and other contracting parties rights in addition to the rights given by the contract that governs the relationship with your customer. For instance, what can you do if you ship goods to your troubled customer but your customer fails to pay? This module will cover your rights under the UCC in this and many other circumstances.
