Schiff Hardin LLP Proactive Creditor Webinar Series
April 28, 2011

Louis T. DeLucia and Jon C. Vigano, both partners in Schiff Hardin's Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights group, will present the "Plans and Disclosure Statements" webinar on Thursday, April 28, which is part of the firm's Proactive Creditor Webinar Series.
A debtor's bankruptcy plan and disclosure statement are the heart of a bankruptcy case. These highly sophisticated and complex documents provide a road map for a debtor's liquidation or reorganization. This module will help you interpret a plan and disclosure statement, including where to look for key provisions that affect your rights, such as projected distributions, determining if your claim will be treated equitably, what will happen to your contract with the debtor, and who may ultimately pursue claims (such as preferences) against your company.
