Schiff Hardin partner Robert H. Riley, co-leader of the firm’s Product Liability Group, will co-chair the 15th Annual National Asbestos Litigation Conference presented by HB Litigation Conferences October 18-19, 2012, in Chicago. Additionally, Mr. Riley and Edward Casmere, also a partner in Schiff Hardin’s Product Liability Group, will speak at the conference.

Mr. Riley will moderate “An Afternoon Discussion with the Judges” on Thursday, October 18, and “The Newer Defendants & Trial Trends with Non-Traditional Exposure” on Friday, October 19. Mr. Casmere will speak about “Mesothelioma Diagnosis and Treatment Updates” on Thursday, October 18.

HB’s 15th Annual National Asbestos Litigation Conference, Emerging Issues for the Most Active Jurisdictions in 2012, provides an opportunity for leaders in the asbestos field to discuss trends in litigation and determine how recent rulings will impact future cases.
