Schiff Hardin LLP's Michael Burnstein, a partner in the Private Clients, Trusts and Estates group in the firm's San Francisco office, has been appointed to serve on the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of The State Bar of California. The Executive Committee spearheads educational activities, legislative proposals, and other work on behalf of the Trusts and Estates section of the California Bar.
About Michael Burnstein
Mr. Burnstein's practice focuses on wealth management and tax-exempt organizations. He has significant experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and charitable giving. Mr. Burnstein is also an adjunct professor of law in the LL.M. (taxation) program at Golden Gate University and previously served as an attorney-advisor to the Honorable Maurice B. Foley of the United States Tax Court.
