Ronald B. Gaither has joined Schiff Hardin LLP as Counsel in the Litigation Group from Taylor English in Atlanta.

Mr. Gaither is a trial attorney handling matters in all aspects of general litigation ranging from complex commercial disputes to sophisticated construction matters. He also handles products liability claims. 

Mr. Gaither serves as outside litigation counsel for a Major League Baseball team. In addition, Mr. Gaither provides litigation counsel related to motorsport activities, specifically issues involving the safety of track designs and configurations.

Mr. Gaither has a wide range of litigation experience in state and federal court, arbitration and mediation proceedings, and other alternative dispute resolution. He has experience negotiating contracts, preparing corporate formation agreements, and advising clients regarding all aspects of their business.

Additionally, Mr. Gaither's practice includes the entertainment industry, for which he has represented artists and record labels in a myriad of complex transactions. He has negotiated and drafted performance contracts for Grammy Award-winning artists based in Atlanta, Georgia.

He graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School (J.D., 2001) and The University of Oklahoma (B.A., Political Science, 1997).
