Neal H. Weinfield has joined Schiff Hardin LLP as a partner in the Environmental Group of the firm's Chicago office from Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Chicago.
Mr. Weinfield represents industrial clients on the full range of environmental compliance, permitting, transactional, enforcement and toxic tort matters. With a solid understanding of industry and highly scientific matters, he assists clients in environmental compliance counseling and the development of production processes and environmental control technologies. A member of the Federal Trial Bar, he regularly goes to court, argues motions and tries cases involving complex environmental enforcement claims brought by state and federal regulatory authorities throughout the United States.
Mr. Weinfield is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School (J.D., 1987) and Cornell University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1984).
