Cindy E. Tate has joined Schiff Hardin LLP as an Associate in the Private Clients, Trusts and Estates Group from Holmes Roberts & Owen LLP in San Francisco.
Ms. Tate focuses her practice on estate planning, specifically with regard to: counseling clients on minimizing estate and gift tax liabilities; preparing estate plans for traditional, non-traditional and blended families; advising clients regarding the formation and governance of a wide range of business entities, including limited liability companies, limited partnerships and corporation; and guiding clients with family-owned businesses on succession planning.
She graduated from University of California – Hastings College of the Law (J.D., 2008) and Vassar College (B.A., Psychology, 1998).
