Michael T. Chin has joined Schiff Hardin LLP as an Associate in the Labor and Employment Group from Morrison & Foerster LLP in Los Angeles.
Mr. Chin’s practice is focused on representing management in a variety of employment contexts including, defense against claims of discrimination, harassment, violations of California wage-and-hour law, retaliation and wrongful termination.
He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School (J.D., 2008) and Pomona College (B.A., History, 2003).
